Given the importance of the trade and investment flows between Texas and Mexico, there is relevance in establishing anactive dialogue between the private sectors of both sides and, in turn, with their governments. The latter is to advancerecommendations and actions in favor of the competitiveness ofthe relationship between Texas and Mexico.
