The conference is a co-presented by the Texas Energy and Climate Caucus, a bipartisan legislative caucus comprising 55 elected officials in the Texas Legislature that are invested in developing environmental and energy solutions for their constituents, and the Texas Energy Council, a collection of nonpartisan organization of professional and educational societies dedicated to serving the energy industry in Texas.
EarthX’s Half-Earth Day conference will feature a dialog among an all-star lineup of leaders in the field of energy and the environment, as well as conference participants, on how to maximize energy while minimizing environmental impacts. Keynote speaker: Honorable Kay Bailey Hutchison Former Ambassador to NATO and U.S. Senator for the State of Texas, and founder of the KBH Energy Center at the University of Texas, who will discuss energy and global security.
