An acclaimed hunter, angler and conservationist Craig Mathews is the co-founder of 1% for the Planet which has raised over $265 million dollars for environmental non-profits. Craig has received awards for his environmental work including Federation of Fly Fishers “Lee Wulff Award”, Yellowstone National Park’s “Protector of Yellowstone Award, The Nature Conservancy’s “Business Conservation of the Year award” and the International Federation of Fly Fishers coveted “Frank and Jeanne Moore World Conservation Award”. In 2005 he was named Fly Rod and Reel Magazine “Angler of the Year” as well as Madison River Foundation’s “Guardian of the Madison”, and Trout Unlimited’s “Stream Champion”. In addition to all his other conservation work and founding and running a respected angling shop In West Yellowstone, Mt. Craig has appeared in the climate film “Cold Water” and “In the Heart of the Rockies”.
