Description: EarthXR has partnered with Wild Immersion, endorsed by Jane Goodall, for the launch of Wild at Home – the first virtual nature reserve. Explore Africa, the Amazon, Asia-Oceania, without leaving home. Learn how to enjoy interactive 360º immersive videos using your smartphone or tablet.

Join Zimbabwe’s anti-poaching frontline unit/NatGeo film subjects Akashinga and Ellen Fund, Conservation International and WWF VR creators Habitat XR as they discuss Pangolins, the world’s most trafficked animal and how addressing wildlife trafficking through film and VR can help prevent pandemics. Moderated by EarthXR Director of Programming + Partnerships – Tiffany Kieran.

Panelists including filmmaker Sophie Ansel co-director of “Guardians of the Kingdom”, filmmaker Adrien Moisson, director of “Wild Immersion endorsed by Jane Goodall” and EarthXR Director of Programming and Partnerships Tiffany Kieran. They will describe the benefits of engaging at-home viewers with immersive experiences that provide a rarely-seen glimpse into these dire environmental causes and how XR channels heighten empathy into greater action and impact ”
