The Dallas Corporate Sustainability Leaders Network
Connect with peers shaping Dallas’ sustainable future
Across North Texas, corporate leaders are already doing important work at the intersection of environmental and social impact, business operations, energy, infrastructure, supply chains, public affairs, innovation, and community leadership. As a Texas-based organization that sees business as essential to practical environmental progress, EarthX is convening the Dallas Corporate Sustainability Leaders Network to help connect and strengthen this existing community of Dallas-area professionals working cross-functionally on these challenges. The Network is an invitation-only networking community that convenes throughout the year to connect cross-functional business leaders who are focused on environmental and social impact across our region.
The purpose is simple yet powerful: create consistent opportunities for local leaders to know one another, exchange ideas, build trust, and stay connected around the real operational, business, and environmental challenges their organizations are navigating. From energy and operations to supply chains, public affairs, innovation, and environmental strategy, the Network is designed to be practitioner-focused, relationship-driven, and grounded in practical experience. This is not a theoretical forum—it is a place where people who are accountable for results can speak candidly about what is working, what is difficult, and where they need support.
Participation is curated through trusted relationships and peer recommendations, creating a high-value environment for open conversation and meaningful connection. That intentional design helps ensure that when you walk into the room, you are surrounded by peers who understand the pressures, constraints, and opportunities you face. Together, members explore what it means to be a Texas leader in a state that has achieved clean energy leadership through market-driven solutions and pragmatism. The group looks honestly at how Texas is leveraging its scale, infrastructure, and innovative business culture to become one of the country’s most important environmental leadership states.
The Dallas Corporate Sustainability Leaders Network is supported by a steering committee of local leaders from organizations including Southwest Airlines, Ericsson, TERREPOWER, Ambu, Pegasus Logistics, ICF, and Leggett & Platt. Their guidance helps keep the Network grounded in real-world needs and ensures that each gathering delivers practical value.
At the inaugural gathering, participants will have the chance to connect over networking, drinks, and light bites, and hear brief remarks followed by a short panel discussion on “The State of Sustainability in Texas.” As Texas continues to demonstrate national environmental leadership through scale, innovation, infrastructure investment, and pragmatic business leadership, this conversation will explore how companies are navigating rapid growth, rising energy demand, evolving infrastructure needs, shifting stakeholder expectations, major global events, and the opportunities that come with operating in one of America’s most dynamic business regions.
