DaQuawn Bruce

DaQuawn Bruce is the VP of Strategic Initiatives for Westwin Elements, Inc. Westwin Elements is building America’s first major nickel, cobalt, and Manganese refinery in Lawton, Oklahoma. In his role, DaQuawn is responsible for overseeing the company’s federal and international government and business development relationships, as well as determining and executing initiatives to help build a direct critical mineral supply chain with partners in the DRC, Zambia, the Philippines, Canada, and more. DaQuawn has spent nine years in technology policy space in roles including as a legislative aide on the Select Committee on the Modernization of Congress, government affairs associate for Meta, Inc, and Iron Mountain, Inc specializing in AI system integration for DOD and record digitization with NARA. Mr. Bruce holds a BA (French), BA (Political Science), and a master’s in business design and innovation (MB-DI) from Carthage College.
