Aditi Prabhu

Aditi Prabhu is Assistant General Counsel for Environmental Policy at Constellation, America’s largest producer of carbon-free energy. She counsels on climate strategy and regulatory advocacy to advance policy priorities including decarbonizing the grid, reducing air pollution, and accelerating clean technologies. She also advises on corporate sustainability. For over a decade, she was an attorney with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency where she counseled on some of the agency’s most high-profile and complex actions including the Clean Power Plan. Among other roles, she served as EPA’s Assistant General Counsel for Regulatory Issues, managing the legal team that provided agency-wide expertise on rulemaking. She also served as an “Excellence in Government” fellow through the Partnership for Public Service. Aditi received an A.B. in Biology, summa cum laude, from Harvard College and a J.D. from Yale Law School. She lives in the Washington, DC area with her family.
