Kate Ryan

Kate Ryan, Vice President – Gulf Coast Region, joined Denbury in October 2015. Prior to being named Vice President, Ms. Ryan served as the Director, Reservoir Engineering as well as in asset management and reservoir engineering roles for Denbury. Before joining Denbury, Ms. Ryan worked enhanced oil recovery projects in various stages of development for ConocoPhillips and C12 Energy. Ms. Ryan also spent time working unconventional projects for Chesapeake Energy. Ms. Ryan currently serves on the Technical Advisory Board for the Plains CO2 Research Partnership and is also a recognized technical expert on the International Standard working groups for CO2 storage and CO2 enhanced oil recovery. Ms. Ryan earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas.
