Mungo Park

Mungo Park is Founder and Chair of Innovator Capital. With a lifelong investment banking career in sectors including Biotech, ICT and nearly 20 years in sustainability. Mungo is passionate about enabling and accelerating technology innovation to achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

He has accumulated an impressive résumé of senior management roles in investment banking, including as Head of Corporate Finance at Nomura, where he developed and advanced a novel technology innovation merchant banking model and was responsible for origination, research, trading, distribution and principal investment.

Innovator Capital and CleanEquity, an annual conference cofounded by Prince Albert II of Monaco and Mungo in 2007, build on the merchant banking model and aim to springboard SDG related technologies to their next phase of development. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a commitment to this transformative financing model that facilitates and focuses on impact, firmly believing that this is the way to achieve net zero and the other goals.
