Proactivism for a Clean Energy Ecosystem: Reimagining Energy Activism

After a generation of climate warfare, the battles have grown more partisan and global emissions continue to rise. Is there a role for proactivism – positive, optimistic, solutions-based activism – led by NGO and civic leaders in active coalitions with corporate, labor, and other interest groups to drive policy objectives on which they can agree?
