The Earthx2025 Congress of Conferences will be held in the East Atrium section of the hotel.

TRAVEL TO DALLAS
The closest airport to the hotel is Dallas Love Field, but the region’s international DFW Airport is also an option as it is just 17 miles away.
SUGGESTED ATTIRE
Business/business casual attire is recommended at the conference.
ONCE YOU ARRIVE
Get acquainted with the conference space. You can view a map of the space on the Earthx2025 app and also below.
The daily networking reception will be in the Atrium Foyer from 5pm to 7pm, daily.
Breakfast will be held in the Atrium from 7:30am to 9am, daily.
Luncheons and dinner banquets will be held in the Imperial Ballroom on the 3rd floor. You must be registered to attend any of the daily dinner banquets.
The Earthx2025 Shop will be located in the registration area.
The EarthX lounge will be in the Atrium.
GET ASSISTANCE
Conference information desk and concierge is available in the lobby near the registration area and in the Atrium.
PARKING AT THE ANATOLE
On-site parking at the Anatole is available. Daily rate is $24/day. Valet is $33/day.
(Parking is managed by the hotel and pricing can be subject to change). A parking attendant will be available near the registration area to pay for parking before you leave the hotel.
When you arrive at the Hilton Anatole, the Earthx2025 Registration is just past the Tower Entrance of the hotel. You will receive your lanyard and conference badge at registration.
BREAKFAST, LUNCHEONS, AND DINNER BANQUETS
Daily breakfast and lunch are included with full registration for Conference attendees.
Dinner Banquets – Tickets can be purchased as a conference add-on and are not included in daily conference passes. Individual banquet tickets are $279. You can also purchase multiple seats for tables of 8.
MEDIA OPPORTUNITIES
For any media inquiries (pre and post event) please contact us by email at press@earthx.org. Media and press passes are available by applying on our website, at Earthx.org .
Podcast Interviews: Several podcast hosts will be on-site interviewing speakers and guests. If you are a podcaster, please inquire about special interview opportunities, private rooms, etc.

How can I attend the Congress of Conferences? Can I attend virtually?
The conference is not virtual and you’ll need to register to attend. You can view our pass options and register here.
Please remember that we have ticketed events as well as events at no additional cost such as our North Texas Day conference and our TV stage in the Atrium.
How can I attend the E-Capital Summit?

Can I participate in just the daily luncheon or evening banquets?
The luncheon is part of our conference registration price and features a seated banquet lunch.
Individual tickets are available for our daily dinner banquet programs. Our dinner banquets feature a seated 3-course dinner and a keynote program every night.
Are there vegetarian or vegan options available?
Vegan and non-vegan meal options are available when you register.

How can my organization get involved?

- EarthX 2025 Congress of Conferences offers your team corporate volunteer opportunities ranging from half- to full-day shifts in many different capacities. Please note that you must register here to reserve your spot. Individual volunteers are also welcome and appreciated.
Volunteer Opportunities
EarthX 2025 Congress of Conferences has volunteer opportunities throughout the event. Shifts run 7:00 AM to 9:30 PM and range from two hours to four hours. Please note that all individuals must register here to sign up.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Registration, check-in, credential pick up desk hours: Sunday: 4-10pm (avoid the lines and register early). Monday-Friday 7-8pm.
Art tours: Self guided tours are available once a day. More information will be available on the EarthX app, launching March 21st, and at the conference.
Book signing: The book signing schedule will be on the app. Also look for our schedule signage at the event.
Store hours: M-F 8am-6pm.
