Justin Lall is the Vice President of Growth at Citizen Data, a non-partisan organization dedicated to providing leaders and organizations with data and insights to unite Americans, bridge divides, and drive meaningful change. With a deep passion for innovative research and measurement, Justin leads a team of data scientists, analysts, and strategists, utilizing cutting-edge methodologies to uncover valuable insights that inform public conversations and address data gaps.

Justin brings extensive experience in social sector research and consulting, empowering nonprofits, philanthropies, corporate social responsibility leaders, and governments. His expertise has been recognized through publications and features in prestigious media outlets such as the Washington Post, Forbes, Bloomberg, Axios, and Gallup.com. Justin is also a sought-after speaker, having delivered keynote presentations at major conferences worldwide, including at the United Nations, Inter-Parliamentary Union, Eisenhower Fellowships, and the Organization of American States.

Prior to joining Citizen Data, Justin held various roles at The Gallup Organization, including Director of Strategic Partnerships, Associate Principal in Gallup’s Public Sector division, and Consultant in Gallup’s Education and Workforce Development division. He also served as the Associate Director of Corporate Engagement at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
