Will Butler

Will is passionate about leveraging market forces to solve the world’s most pressing social and environmental challenges. He started his career in politics, serving as an aide to a Colorado Senator. Between leaving politics and joining Unreasonable, he co-founded and ran ventures operating in the economic development and energy efficiency sectors. His approach to business continues to be informed and seen through the lens of public service.
 

At Unreasonable, Will serves as the Senior Director of Portfolio & Investments, where his team operates as a bridge between their community of CEOs, what they call Unreasonable Fellows, and their global network of investors and influential corporate partners. While business in the 20th century was oftentimes defined by having a competitive advantage, Unreasonable believes the 21st century will be defined by having a collaborative advantage. Will and his team serve at the heart of this ambition.
