Paul McNutt

Paul McNutt is a consultant working for ConocoPhillips as the National Petroleum Council (NPC) GHG Emission Reduction Study Integration Manager. Paul served as a task group lead on NPC’s Dynamic Delivery Study in 2019. He has published papers through SPE and OTC. Paul began his energy career as an intern with Conoco in 1984. His career has been all with ConocoPhillips. He progressed through asset management (Magnolia Deepwater Project, Ecuador country manager) and staff management roles (decision analysis, project risk, development engineering, and reserves compliance and assurance). Paul has served on and served as president of two credit union boards. He has also served on community and faith-based boards. Paul earned a Bachelor of Science in petroleum and natural gas engineering from The Pennsylvania State University in 1985.
